How long does shipping take?

Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international orders can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

Are your watches water-resistant?

Yes, most of our watches are water-resistant up to 5 ATM or 10 ATM. Please refer to the specific product description for the exact depth rating of your model.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn watches in their original packaging. Please ensure the protective plastic films are still intact to qualify for a full refund.

Do you provide a warranty?

Every Meister watch comes with a 2-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and movement issues from the date of purchase.
