Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Watch

  Securely place the watch in its original display box along with all warranty cards and protective films to ensure it arrives in resalable condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your shipping carton, removing any old delivery stickers.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
